Julian Fulbrook was the Dean of Graduate Studies at the LSE. He and his wife Mary brought up their family in Holborn, where he has been a long-term councillor. Currently, his portfolio is to improve cycling and walking in the Borough but over the years he has been the Mayor of Camden, three times the Housing ‘chief’, was the first Chair of Camden’s Education Committee, and also chaired the Social Services and various other Council committees. A longstanding school governor in local schools, Julian runs Scouting at Coram’s Fields for local children.
