Nasim has been a councillor in the area for 20 years and was the first Bangladeshi and Muslim Mayor, Leader and Cabinet member for Camden. Nash grew up in the Regent’s Park ward and attended Netley primary school and Sir William Collins secondary school where he also went on to become governor for both schools. Nasim is also a trustee of St Andrew’s Holborn charities, St Pancras Welfare Trust and a governor for the Camden and Islington NHS Trust. Nasim is the CEO of the King’s Cross Brunswick Neighbourhood Association helping to tackle inequality and support the most vulnerable people.
