Born in Congo-Kinshasa, Nanouche came to the UK with her family seeking asylum and was welcomed by the community of Camden. She is proud to be able to give back to the same community that played a key part in her life growing up. Nanouche is a governor at Eleanor Palmer Primary school and is also currently volunteering her time with Camden Learning to help diversify the governing boards in schools across Camden. In response to the call to decolonise our school curriculum, Nanouche set up a business that offers anti-racist and diversity workshops for teachers, parents and students.
