Leo moved from his hometown of Edinburgh to study for an MSc at the London School of Economics. Since then, he has made West Hampstead his home, renting a flat on the Lymington Road Estate. Leo is passionate about ensuring that life for private and council tenants is safe, secure, and affordable. He is an active member of the community, having joined local residents’ groups as well as Kilburn Cosmos RFC.
